It gives us great pleasure to announce that McLarens Containers (Pvt) Ltd was presented with the ICS – ACDO Award for the Outstanding Inland Container Depot – Export Category at the “25th Annual Awards Ceremony” of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) – UK, Sri Lanka Branch held on Friday 15th March 2019.
The Annual Awards Ceremony of the ICS Sri Lanka Branch (ICS – SL) is an important and much looked forwarded to event in the local shipping almanac, wherein Diplomas, Membership Certificates and medals are conferred on the successful candidates who qualify the annual international examination conducted by the ICS London. While Special Awards are also presented to ‘the Best Shipping Agent – Customer Services’ the Association of Inland Container Depot Operators (ACDO) joined hands with ICS – SL this year for the first time, to select the Outstanding Inland Container Depot – Export Category & Outstanding Inland Container Depot – Import Category based on an independent survey, conducted among the Service Users.
